The Certifier Categories are:

HVEA - Load Anchorages

HVEB - Brake Code & Brake Modifications

HVEC - Chassis Modifications & Repairs, Brake Modifications

           & PSV Roll Over Strength & Stability
HVEK - Brakes (LTNZ Rule: 2007)
HVEL - Log Bolster Attachments

HVET - Towing Connections; Drawbeams, Drawbars, Towbars,

                                          5th Wheel Assemblies & King pin Assemblies

HVS1 & HVS2 - SRT Level 1 & 2

The Certifier ID is a LTNZ reference to the certifier & usually appears on

certification nameplates & is recorded on all LT400 forms.
